What became clear to us when we started working in recruitment is how little we understand the world of recruitment as candidates and how you can use a recruiter to your advantage. We often talk to candidates who are happy where they are and who rarely look around anymore. During the first conversation we ask you what an interesting career step would be to you and we don’t call back until we actually have that step (or better) to offer as a concrete vacancy. Not exactly rocket science, but somehow often a (too) rarely used method to keep up with the developments in the job market. When you have a job or assignment you rarely have the time (or energy) to apply for others. Let us look for you with your given wishes!
