Every organisation is looking for talent and everyone could (occasionally) use some help. Especially now, but finding the right recruitment partner isn’t that easy either and it isn’t always a match. Recruitment works more or less the same with all agencies, however, everyone has their own style; in which every recruiter claims to deliver the best candidates. What we try to do differently is the level of service, the quality, and creative thinking. Also something all recruitment agencies claim to do. A recruitment process never goes exactly the way we would like to, but by managing expectations on all sides throughout we can create a pleasant, clear and sustainable way of working together. Interim Recruitment

This includes any type of work agreement of a temporary nature in which the executing party does not enter into direct employment with you, the employer. Such as contracting or temp work (ZZP or detachering in Dutch). This is where a great part of our experience lies, however, Schot in de Roos Recruitment can only offer these services if we are not party to any type of work agreement. This can be directly with you or through a third party as long as the employment is not with us. How we can arrange this depends on the specific situation and is something we discuss further in a conversation. We can almost always find a solution!
