A recruitment process never goes exactly the way we would like to, but by managing expectations on all sides throughout we can create a pleasant, clear and sustainable way of working together. Interim Recruitment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This includes any type of work agreement of a temporary nature in which the executing party does not enter into direct employment with you, the employer. Such as contracting or temp work (ZZP or detachering in Dutch). This is where a great part of our experience lies, however, Schot in de Roos Recruitment can only offer these services if we are not party to any type of work agreement. This can be directly with you or through a third party as long as the employment is not with us. How we can arrange this depends on the specific situation and is something we discuss further in a conversation.
